Use of the MyModern platform by an organisation is covered by a separate customer agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the customer agreement applies.

You may use this website to learn about MyModern, book a demo and contact us. You must not:
- use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, the platform or our systems;
- interfere with the website's security or operation, or introduce malicious code;
- copy, scrape or reuse the website's content, design or code except as allowed below.
3. Information on the site
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but the information is general and may change. Features, integrations and partner hardware can vary by plan, region and setup, and some features may be in beta or on our roadmap. Examples, illustrations and figures on the site are for demonstration only. Please talk to us to confirm what suits your organisation.
4. Pricing
Prices on the website are in Australian dollars, per desk, per month, plus GST, billed annually. Essentials covers the MyModern app and dashboard. Connected adds full integration with Axon Solutions hardware. We do not charge hidden fees or extra charges for API access. Axon hardware and installation are quoted separately, unless they are included under a Hardware as a Service subscription. Additional modules may be added at an extra cost. If a third-party platform you choose to connect charges its own integration fee, that fee may be added to your price, and we will tell you before you commit. Your final price is set out in your quote or customer agreement.
5. Demos and enquiries
When you book a demo or send an enquiry, you agree to give accurate details. We will use them to contact you as described in our Privacy Policy. A demo booking does not create any obligation to buy.
6. Our content and brand
The website and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, the MyModern name and logo, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own information. You must not use our name, logo or content for any other purpose without our written permission.
Third-party names and trademarks shown on the website, such as Microsoft, Office 365, Azure, Microsoft Teams, Google, Slack, Okta, Workday, BambooHR, HID, Vecos, LINAK, CMS Electracom, Elsafe and Axon Solutions, belong to their owners. Their appearance shows compatibility or partnership and does not mean those companies endorse MyModern unless stated.
7. Other websites
The website links to other websites, such as Axon Solutions. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of other websites.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows:
- the website is provided "as is", and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error free;
- we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
